Use of Terms in Trade International - INCOTERMS
INCOTERMS
They are norms for the interpretation of the used commercial terms in the international transactions, elaborated by the Chamber of Commerce the International.
What regulate the Incoterms?
The Incoterms regulates the document distribution, the conditions of delivery of the merchandise, the distribution of costs of the operation and the distribution of risks of the operation.
What is outside their regulation?
The internal clauses of a contract of purchase and sale, the situation of the merchandise, the crossing of property, the guarantee, the concretion of payment and the breach of commitments of the purchase contract, among others.
Basic groups or Categories
Y = EXW (Exit)
F = FCA; FAS and FOB (Without payment it transports main)
C = CFR; CIF; CPT; Y CIP (With payment it transports)
D = DAF; DES; DEQ; DDU; and DDP (Arrived)
